Mladen Ramljak Memorial Tournament is held in memory of our ex-junior and Premier League player who won the greatest trophy in the history of the club – the Uefa Cup in 1967.
He played in 523 matches for Dinamo and left it for Feyenoord from Rotterdam in 1973. He died in a car accident at the age of 34 in 1978.
This tournament has been held for four times so far, gathering well known European and World’s Clubs all four tournaments were won by the host Dinamo: they won Gallatasaray from Turkey in 2003., Atletico Mineiro from Brasil in 2004., Chievo from Italy in 2005.and Espanyol from Spain in 2006. This year, the football school Dinamo will also host seven strong clubs from Croatia and abroad from 7th -10th June. Only players under 18 are allowed to participate.
